Smoky Ol' Fashioned
Ingredients List:
2oz Bourbon Whiskey
.5oz FYRD Exodus
4 dash Angostura
2 dash Orange bitters
1 bar spoon Luxardo syrup
Directions:
Combine all in a rocks glass then gently stir to mix. Add one large ice cube. Express and flame orange peel over drink, then add to garnish.
Smoky Chipoctli Margarita
Ingredients List:
2oz Reposado Tequila
.75oz FYRD Chilpoctli
.5oz Fresh Orange
.5oz Fresh Lemon
.5oz Cointreau
1-2 drops Vanilla
Directions:
Combine juice of both fruits and all other into shaker. Add ice to fill, a pinch of salt, shake rigorously to chill. Tajin 1/2 rim of cocktail glass, strain all into glass. Add ice to fill, garnish with choice of citrus wheel.
Lagniappe Sazerac
Ingredients List:
2oz Rye Whiskey
.5oz FYRD Aurum
3 dash Peychaud's
1 spritz Herbsaint
Fresh Lemon Peel
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients over ice, stir for 3sec, set to chill. In a chilled rocks glass, spritz Herbsaint, add large ice cube. Strain first 3 ingredients into glass. Express lemon peel over drink then discard.
Summer Water
Ingredients List:
1.5oz Bourbon Whiskey
1.5oz London Dry Gin
.75oz Fresh Lime
.75oz FYRD Chilpoctli
3 dash Angostura
1 can Ginger Beer
Directions:
Combine all into shaker. Ice to fill, shake to chill. Pour contents into highball glass. Top with Ginger Beer, flamed rosemary sprig garnish.
Lemonati
Ingredients List:
2oz Clear Liquor
2.5oz Lemonade
1oz FYRD Aurum
.5oz fresh Lemon & Lime
1.5oz Schwepps Soda
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and juice of both fruits into shaker. Ice to fill, shake to chill. Strain into tall cocktail glass over rocks. Add soda and lemon wheel garnish.
Autumn Apple Rita
Ingredients List:
2oz Silver Tequila
1oz Cointreau
1.5oz Apple Cider
.75oz FYRD Exodus
.5oz Fresh Lime juice
2 dash Angostura
Directions:
Combine all into shaker. Ice to fill, shake to chill. Cinnamon Sugar Salt 1/2 rim of cocktail glass, then strain all into glass. Add ice to fill, 2 thin red apple slices and 1 cinnamon stick to garnish.
